Shipping and Returns
- Free Standard Ground Shipping on all purchases (4-7 business days).
- $9.95 Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days).
- 2nd Day Air- $19.95. Please note that all 2nd Day and Overnight orders received by 2pm EST will be shipped out the same or next day.
- Overnight -$39.95. Please note that all 2nd Day and Overnight orders received by 2pm EST will be shipped out the same or next day.
- Canada Shipments- Flat $25.00 (free shipping on orders of $200 or more )
- Other International Shipments- Flat $45.00 (free shipping on orders of $300 or more)
- We are sorry but free shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii is not available.
- Standard shipping 6-9 business days to these areas will be $14.95

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking/administration fee based on the total number of items cancelled if your order has been packaged for shipment. Please note our customer care department will always try and avoid a restocking fee, if your item has not been packed you will not be charged. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used when placing the original order.
Items eligible for return must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery. In order for any item to be eligible for return it must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us at email@example.com for where to send back the return.
Simply ship your items back in either an envelope or in the original corrugated shipping box. Please make sure that you put a note in the package to explain what the issue is so we can take care of it accordingly.
At English Laundry, our focus is on getting our merchandise to the customer in the fastest, most efficient way possible at a minimal charge to you. If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know clearly on a piece of paper in the package exactly what you want in the place of what you are sending back. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for where to send back the exchange.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account immediately and send you a communication confirming receipt. Please allow us up to 5 business days from when we receive the item for refunds or exchanges.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within that timeframe please feel free to email us at joey@digitalbridgenyc Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM EST.
